Armada 4.16.1 was built using VASSAL 3.7.27

### OTHER BUGFIXES ###

Fleet Ambush reverted to the old version (the one included in 4.16.0 was a playtest card that didn't make the cut).

Kanan Jarrus now has 1 Scatter token at setup.

Nav Team doesn't auto-refresh (+ has the option to spawn a Nav token).

### MAJOR NEW FEATURES ###

Community Edition components can now be fully quick-spawned from the faction buttons.

### OTHER NEW FEATURES ###

Imperial Venator can now take a 5th defense token on the ship base (to accomodate Intrepid title).

CIS ships can take +1 command token (to accomodate Poggle), which means Recusant can take 5 command tokens (to accomoadate Nova Defiant title & Poggle combo).
